Who are we? Kip Services is a family initiative born out of our love for computers and helping people. I have worked as a profession in the IT industry for over 10 years and have been supporting home PC's for longer. We provide a rare service in that the support I give is out of the conventional 9 to 5 hours. This is for two reasons: 1) This way I can maintain my "Day Job" and 2) There are so many people out there who work all day everyday and would find it hard pushed to get home computer support in the evenings and weekends. We therefore decided to see if we can step in and help. What hours do we work? Hours covered are 7:30pm until late Mon - Fri and 9:00am until late Sat - Sun. Where do we work and what areas do we cover? Work can be carried out at your home or if necessary we can bring your computer back to our place to continue work. This is typical with the more in-depth problems due to the time it may take. You are also able to drop off your computer with us and pick up at a later date. This is great for the busy people who can't gurantee when they will be at home. We are based in Witham and will happily support the surrounding towns (such as Kelvedon, Braintree, Tiptree, Maldon, Hatfield Peverel) for no extra cost. Further afield will incur a small price. As this is a small part time enterprise we can afford to keep our costs low whilst still providing a friendly, personal and professional service. Rates can be found on the Terms and Conditions page. |
